How can I associate an email entry with the owner's name in my NewsFlash page distribution list?

If a student/parent uses the "Add Email or Mobile Device Address" button on a NewsFlash page to add their email address to the page's distribution list, both the email address and the name will appear in the list.

Or, you can edit your list directly to add the name.

To edit existing entries in the email distribution list, go to the Update NewsFlash page and click the Manage Subscribers link.  Enter your password when prompted.  You will see a section where you can edit the name and email address associated with each entry, and control which entries are associated with which NewsFlash page.
