How do I check my payment status or get a payment receipt? How do I find out when my website or account is expiring?

To get a receipt for your TeacherWeb site or check on your payment status (including the current expiration date of your website):

  1. Go to your Update Index.
  2. Click the "My Account" tab.
  3. Click Payment Status in the left sidebar.
This page displays the current payment status of your website, including your payment history and the date your website is currently set to expire.

This page can be printed out as a receipt.
