I'm trying to upload a file to File Management, or post a file to my Photos/Docs page, but I keep getting the Password Mismatch or Password Invalid response. What can I do?

First, try clicking on the Submit button with the mouse rather than hitting Enter after typing the password.

If that does not help, please open a support ticket and include the following details:

  1. The type of computer you are using (Mac or PC).
  2. The web browser you are using (Firefox, Internet Explorer 6.0, etc.)
  3. Are you uploading from a home computer or a school computer?
  4. What is the file name of the file?  What is the file size?
  5. What is the text of the error message you receive?
Please also include the file itself as an attachment to your message.
