In the Classic setup, you can toggle your home page to display both text and graphics, graphics only, or text only.  To do this:

  1. Go to your Update Index and click the Site Settings tab.
  2. Click the Customize Web option.
  3. Select the desired option under "Select Home Page Style".
  4. Submit the update.
