The Blog page type allows you to post an online guestbook.  Click here for more information on the Blog page.

Video Tutorial on using the Blog page type.

You can use the Blog page to post a "Sign my Guestbook" notice, and enable visitors to the page to post comments.  All comments would need to be approved by you before displaying on the site.

Or, if you would like to receive feedback from visitors, but you do not want the feedback to be posted to the site, you could use a Response page instead.  This page type allows you to post an online form which can be filled out and submitted to your email address.  Click here for more information on the Response page.

Additionally visitors are able to contact you through the email link without giving away your email address.
